The managed router (As standard on all links above 2Mb & with resilience) offers customers full end to end management of their link, their router and of course, the Vodafone network.

This means we will pro actively manage faults and in most cases, they will be resolved before the customer even knows about them. Customers will also receive guaranteed SLA’s.

The managed router is provided in conjunction with a private APN connection, over a data fixed link, which terminates on a Cisco router (Appropriate router will be supplied in relation to the link ordered) supplied and installed by Vodafone.
